IDEABOND FR fireproof Aluminium Composite Panel (PVDF series), is available in 20 standard colors and 25 pre-formulated colors which are extremely resistant against weathering, pollution attack and strong solar radiation by the Fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating system. This panel is made of fireproof retardant mineral core without toxicity, sandwiched by two pre-painted aluminum sheets. These aluminum sheets and the inner fire-resist polyethylene functions the panel having an excellent fireproof performance., and meeting the standard_smoke less and no harmful gas.

PVDF coating can be classified as traditional PVDF Coating and nanometer PVDF coating.

A.Traditional PVDF coating, with KYNAR500 PVDF, the multiple layers are individually stoved at temperatures between 200~260ºC in the continuous coil coating process forming formability and excellent surface durability. It is recommended to apply for exterior wall cladding.

B.Nanometer PVDF coating, Inherit all features of traditional PVDF panel, meanwhile, we coat the self-cleaning protection layer on the surface of the PVDF paint. It could insulate the dust and decompose the organic contamination to come true self-cleaning effect ion
